Question about Izanagi !

I was wondering if the user had an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and he used Izanagi , will he go blind ?

I think yes. Thats why Izanagi is labelled a kinjutsu, which means the users may go blind even if they have eternal MS. Moreover, as we see in the series, Madara as well, collects a lot of Sharingan when he himself processes Eternal MS. Thats my opinion

To this point we can't give a answer to that but only speculate.

However considering what we saw from Danzo

To me, the answer is yes...

When Madara fought Konan, he used Izanagi and lost the use of his eye (which then followed with him implanting the rennengan in place of that eye).

yup they will... but what i dont get is why they just dont make a new eye with it... good question to ask kishi... especially danzo he definitly couldve made more with it..

the reason they didn't make more eyes is not that they wouldn't but that the can't. Izanagi is a kinjutsu of the uchiha clan (But is made most effective if you have uchiha and senju blood) that erases the boundery of reality and illusion so causing anything negative (damage) to be written as illusion and enything positive (your attack) to be written as reality. the only thing negative Izanagi doesn't seem to cover is the loss of sight in the sharingan, even the eien no mangekyo sharingan (eternal mangekyo sharingan).

The user sacrifices their eye when they use that jutsu I'm sure. I'll look up the specific chapter that happens but I'm positive. Look up Izangi in naruto wiki it also confirms what I said. It seems though you don't loose vision in both eyes just the one you cast the genjustsu from.

Yes, even with EMS the eye still closes... and here is my reason?

-when Izanagi is used, there is a genjutsu cast on the user to turn his death into an illusion. That active eye casting izanagi will have to close or sealed away in order for the illusion to end automatically, so the user can come back into reality since he/she (who is dead) will not have control over that sharingan casting the izanagi to stop it.

look at it this way...
Say you uchiha alaa is my sharingan eye. So once i engage u, i kalmeast say to you
"hey Alaa, i've engaged you and you have 60 seconds to live. During that 60 seconds, whenever you sense death on me, cast a genjutsu that changes the reality of my death into an illusion..."
Then you'll ask me, "but if i cast an illusion on you, you'll be caught in a genjutsu for ever"
Then i say to you: "right! since i cant control you when i'm dead, kill yourself after 60 seconds so the genjutsu will stop and i will re-awaken into reality"
then you say "oh but what happens when u dont die within the 60 second"
then i say "well, then u dont have to cast the genjutsu if you do not sense my death but sorry pal, u still have to kill urself after 60 sec".

but most uchihas can only control it for a split second, cuz you need senju blood to have maximum power over it
