Again, we have no clue how long that took. When we did see her, there was no appearance of her moving any faster than Konohamaru when he attacked Naraka. That is a felonious speed feat. If she were moving extremely fast, Kishi would have shown it.

How is it felonious? Unless you have some other way to explain Deva's lack of a push, after some talking, when the clear background shot in
437-7 didn't show her presence in the crater behind Deva. She would have had to move after the push, and even then its still 1-3 seconds between the talking. Adding in she had to scale down the side of the rim too.



Again, he has two clones. Since you seem stuck on direct close range attacks, she attacks one the other two nail her with rasengan with attack speed that is fast enough to nail Naraka.


He has to form the clones, two of them have to be closer to start forming rasengan, and Hinata has seen it from the Pain vs Naruto fight. She stabs he clones before Rasengan is finished. Its done.


How will she get there before he makes clones? Plenty of examples of clones being made instantaneously. You need to show Hinata being able to stop it.

Can you proof me Kono using it in combat? If I remember right, Naruto wasn't using them mid-combat until a bit into the chunin exams, and even then he had clones up before he was fighting.

You lack proof of Kono's reactions or his speed. Rasengans take time to make, ya know.


Seeing something does not mean one can react to it. Plus, we have never seen Hinata use Bykagugan in that way. You can't assign Neji's abilities to her. You can only use what we have seen her do.

Are you insinuating that Byakugan works differently for Hinata than Neji?
Byakugan gives 359.9* vision, its never been stated any different for any member of the clan ever.

Naraka, lacking 359.9* vision and can be argued for kakuzu-death in being the example of kono's growth in the story but reacted to FRS and Ebisu just fine.

If you want to make things up. Konhamaru and his clones blitz throw two kunai each. How does she avoid eight kunai when she is busy throwing two? One clone goes poof. Hinata is a pincushion.

Your math must be off, theres only 3 clones. 6 kunai. Minus two makes four going in a straight line. She jumps.

If PTS Hinata was able to keep up with Neji, who was fighting off about 20 Naruto clones in close combat, post time skip Hinata should be easily able to handle Kono and his 2 weak clones.

They were all right there anyway so it didn't really matter much who was looking and who wasn't. Naraka had just as much head start as the other paths. They all do share vision of course.

But it doesn't change the fact that while plot induced maybe, it still happened, and Naraka still didn't react to Konohamaru. Not only did Naraka dodge the FRS but he got out of the expansion, that's the important thing.

It was all part of Kono's master plan.

Neji was undoubtedly going easy on Hinata. He would be disowned, and thus snubbed from becoming the strongest Hyuga, if he went full force and unleashed on poor Hinata. She didn't exactly keep up with him. She never even landed a strike. That's not keeping up in my book.

Naruto hadn't exactly harnessed the full potential of Shadow Clone Justu back then. His clones were simply charging Neji with the intent to punch or throw a Kunai at him. Anybody, I mean any body, with Byakugan and/or Rotation could handle that with ease.

We honestly don't know how strong Hinata has become. She just stalled time without any avail versus Konohamaru, who planted a Rasengan on Nagato. Go ahead and put a double standard in Hinata's favor here, but a chunin should be able to do damage if 12 year old genin could. That's downright weak of Hinata, and this shows Konohomaru has feats that Hinata lacks.

To be blunt, you shouldn't necro threads unless you can form a better response than this. If he were going easy on her he wouldn't be rupturing her organs or trying to kill her after the match ended. Second is she landed strikes but they didnt do anything, third is that she managed to go toe to toe with him for quite a while.

Second is he had prep, and Naraka didn't dodge even though he noticed it, meaning that he either didnt feel there was any threat or just didn't openly care. However Hinata got to the middle of konoha crater before Pain's 5 seconds were up on his push, not counting in that 1-2 of those were spent talking. Kono has no prep, no reactions, no speed feats. He has a rasengan which needs two clones to make and Hinata has seen a rasengan before so its no suprise to her. Add in also she has byakugan which eliminates any chance for a sneak attack.
