Well first this would ruin the whole damn story and above all standards he would be the 2nd strongest ninja behind madara. I think if he wanted to advance it to mangekyou sharingan he would still have to kill itachi or maybe he would have to kill jiaryia or a member of his own famaily

He would be powerful, that may be true..but what would happen then? With no more Uchiha, he would have to set his sights on someone else, the Hyuugas (If he could the Rinnegan) or some other branch clan with an Eye Jutsu...Where would it end??
