I would have to say yes and no, of course. Such as the Yellow Flash's version of Space-Time that allows him merely to teleport instantly by bypassing space, which therefore would bypass time instead, and create the transdimensional 'illusion' of teleportation. In terms of uses of alternate dimensions to transport space matter, then yes, whatever that was removed from one space dimension would be transported over to another; though, the use of multiple planes in battle is generally used to transport a being to a temporarily-existing plane, as in, if it was a whole living peaceful world, there wouldn't be very much of a negative side effect, so to speak, correct? I would say that any form of 'wormhole', if you could call it that, would lead to some form of collapsing, or already collapsed (nothingness) dimension that would be opened and closed at will, and, when closed, that dimension would cease to exist, erasing all matter sucked into it.

After all, when Space Time Jutsu are used more than once, you don't see Deidara's arm shooting out of the sky, now, do you? ouo

Well could it be possible that Kamui is related to the Yellow Flashes technique of teleporting himself?

Since Deidara does locate his arm in another area. It could be possible that the technique focuses the teleportation in a specific area, but he can't control WHERE it goes, unlike the Yellow's and Tobi's technique.

If you consider Madara's, then yes. He did state that funny place to be inescapable, didn't he. On top of that he stuck Torune and Fu inside that place in the land of Iron and when he pulled them back out, they were in the mountain's graveyard place.

However, if you consider Minato's, then no. He just (idk how) teleported to places
