Goku wouldn't even get the opportunity to touch Supes to try and IT them both to the Sun(which wouldn't kill Superman anyway) because even trying it would result in instant death.

Goku would need to touch him first.
Not happening when he gets hit by a FTL punch lobbing his cerebrial lobe all over his own shoes.

Goku, even if he were to take supes to the sun, would die in the vaccum of space while supes just rushes back to earth. And you can't use wishing as a way of winning being it would occur after Goku died.

The match goes on until one of the two dies, and since goku would last a much lesser time in the vaccum of space in direct contact with the sun, if only for a moment, supes wins the fight.
