are you serious you want them to take more stuff out no way pal im still waiting to get more jutsoues and better stages like storm 1 . give people the option to change jutsos again to avoid hax online this game needs more attacks and the awakenings should make the chars jutsos different too pal

I don't normally awaken unless my opponent does. But even then I try to fight them off without it cuz it just makes me look more skilled

Against. God if I could count how many times my cousin used Itachi and Naruto's awakenings, there would be a lot. I hardly use them, I think it's a super cheap way to beat your opponent, especially since so many of them are overpowered. It's really annoying when people do nothing during most of the fight and let you beat them until they can use their awakenings, too...

The only exception I make would be if I was a character, (like Sakura), whose awakening isn't so annoying and horrendous I would use it, since it wouldn't be overkill.

Cheap or not, a Naruto game won't be the same without them.

I'm for them.

However, I think CC2 can approach the Awakening system in a different way. More balanced and controlled. That is a different discussion for a different day, though. ;]

I feel like awakenings were nerfed/buffed. They were nerfed in the fact that you can't use Ultimate Jutsu in them and that most of them don't do anything special. They were buffed because you can't throw against them or use UJ against them. Most awakenings are cheap anyway i.e. Itachi's and Sage Naruto's, but for awakenings like Kabuto's or Ino's, I don't really mind.
