Can't Access My own profile

Yeah, I'm just starting out here.

I was trying to change my avatar, but it seems that every time I try to do that it gives me this message

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

So, I began to wonder as to why I couldn't access my profile, then I came here to ask for help. It would be appreciated, thank's.

honestly i can only see it as being some sorta bug, that or you need a specific post count to edit try making a good 15 or so posts, wait an hour and try again that usually enables everything else normal users get like pm and stuff

You need at least 25 posts I think, I forget the exact number but that sounds about right.

I think it's about 10 post. Or you can get 5 rep and edit your profile.
