If you didn't get an infraction or warning recently, then that would be a question for a Smod or higher.

It would likely only do that if someone had infracted/warned you (then reversed it due to a mistake) or if an administrator forced you to reaccept the rules (setting in AdminCP)

If you continue to experience this problem, try using a different browser. For now, this issue has been noted. Bumping this thread every time it happens won't do any good.
