Overpowered Characters and Techniques!

Give your list.....

1. Sharingan- First the sharingan can predict movements, then copy moves. Then the ms with amaterasu, tsukuyomi, and susanoo, and now an eternal ms without going blind!!!!!
2. Kirin- The huge dragon bolt flying on top of use with the flick of a hand...................... no explanation
   
3. Tobi's ability to become transparent and teleport................................ no explanation
4. Orochimaru' ressurection technique........................................a wful
5. Rasenshuriken- Destroys your cells with millions of slices...............

Depends on how you define "Overpowered". Madara is the most overpowered thing in the Naruto world, but for the purpose of the story, he's at exactly the level he should be.

Madara is the most overpowered character, but what's the most overpowered technique? Izanagi. It allows the user to create anything, albeit at the cost of an eye. Although honestly, if you use it to create more eyes, where's the problem? Izanagi is single-handedly more powerful than anything else since its effect covers such a wide range of possibilities.

Yeah but atleast only Rikodu Sennin can use it's full ability.
