Changing the Default Rules

I also hear that Naruto characters can't handle the HTC, and if they can't I'm sure there are some other verses that can't either.

Second, bloodlusted default. Why not make it in character, but with killing intent? Making them bloodlusted would stray even more from how it would be like if the fight happened in the manga. Some characters are really OOC when theyre bloodlusted and some people make it as an excuse to have them act all stupid so that the character they want to win, wins.

Third, this rule:
I know people may abuse the crap out of this. But it makes it pointless to have a set location in the first place, like why make it a volcano but have a water source for Suiton users available anyway?

Also I know this isnt a "rule" but I see many people debating with feats only, and I used to myself so I should know. But what's so bad about hype if it's been backed up?

1. well the hyperbolic time chamber is better since a plain area might give someone the edge, i think that should stay.

2. bloodlusted can actually prove whose stronger. for example kakashi, in bloodlusted is one of the strongest because of kamui, but when hes in character he might be blitzed by someone like naruto.

3. agreed its not fair but i think its only for the HTC, buti think it should be limited, i mean its not fair for kisame to bring an ocean with him

Pretty sure the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is just a plain area in a building too. But with the plain, people actually know what it is and it won't have any gravity problems or whatever like with the htc.

It might prove who's stronger when they're not in their usual mindset. That's the problem.

I agree, the rules need to change.

Most of the vs threads are BORING because there one sided,
A beats every character via speedblitz, Kakashi beats every character via kamui.

Really BL and starting distance as default has gotta change.

Starting distance? Although that isn't originally what this was about, I think the starting distance is fine. They're Naruto characters, they can cross it easily unless one of you wants to change it to 30 or 70 meters or something.

I don't care much about the starting distance since 30-70 meters, most characters still have blitztime where reactions are needed to survive the first hit.

As for the BL vs IC, I don't per se agree with this BUT superman IC and superman BL are so far apart its hard to get a serious fight. I feel like if they want it IC with killing, they can write it down in the OP.
