They make a new one of these every year.

The bill goes so far that if it passed, it would be illegal to have a serious discussion about the bill.

Feels like China....

Summary of the bill:
Any site with copyright material blacklisted(Youtube)
Any site linking to copyright material blacklisted(Google, any torrent tracking site, any download site like rapidshare etc)
Any copyright holder can have a site blacklisted if it contains their material.
