okay I was forum trying to go offtopic when this pops up
any ideas what going on this time?

As long as it doesnt keep happening, it's probably okay.

Sometimes problems related to the site can be solved by simply clearing your cookies.

It is actually a server/network issue , so hitting refresh might solve this problem .

Anyway, like what Sage said as long as this dont happen repeatedly and it can be fixed by a simple click of refresh then there's no need to worry about it.

This is usually caused by either the browser sending an invalid request to the server, or the server is not responding. Hitting refresh will solve this.

As mentioned, as long as this doesn't become a recurrent issue, it'll just be fine
