Since no one answered me when I asked in a different thread, I decided to make my question (or theory?) into a thread. So, my question is on the statue. The Gedo Maza. Is there any chance that the statue itself will become the tentails?

I ask for two reasons:

1)

And 2) Everyone (or rather some that I have read on here) seem to think that the ten tails must have a body. So, if this is the case, why should it not be the statue?

Of course all the tailed beast's chakra will bring the statue to life through magic, or whatever "logic" Kishi can give us, but this doesn't seem impossible.

(I'm sorry if someone has said this before and it has been argued upon and discredited. But I'm looking for some insight on this.)

It's not a statue it's a summing. So it's a living thing. If u watch the anime. Watch the episode where nagato is telling naruto bout his life story. And he uses it after yahiko died to kill mist ninja. It's a livingthing

Living is different than a concious being

Plants are alive, but not that powerful
Zetsu is a plant, he has a conciousness, he is powerful.

Intelligence, and a soul are key
Does Gedo Maza have a soul? Is it an extremely intelligent being?

Even better question is, is it God in the Narutoverse?

it would makes since if the geto mazo will become the ten tails body. but wasn't the ten tails body sealed inside the moon?

Just wanted to bump this up, as it still could end up being that the statue (which was on the battlefield) will become the ten tails body.

Doesn't mean the Jubi can't have a new body, which is basically what every single Edo Tensei summoning has. Once the Gedo Mazo has the Jubi's chakra, it effectively is a Jubi without tails or a conciousness.

I actually think something happens once all the Jubi's chakra is concentrated in this one place. It has never been done before; so, I think, once the Gedo gets all the Jubi's chakra it will gain a conciousness and grow tails.
