Why would they just film this and not try intervening between the dog and the cat? They should have intervened, one of them could have been hurt.

We all have different views on things I guess. The cat just didn't want to be messed with, and the dog deserved it. It wouldn't be safe for the owner to try and intervene, because they could get harmed in the middle of all the ruckus. Hopefully, the dog learned it's lesson and will leave the cat alone. :3

Of course, cats are supposed to be put in a stress free environment after surgery. So, the owners do deserve to be blamed for even letting the dog inside the house.

So then it's okay when people test animals and give them rabies and that's safe? we've done enough harm to animals. >_>

It's not exactly dangerous to say 'Stop' in a loud voice, or to stomp a bit. And trips to the veterinarian can get expensive. That being said, the cat wasn't gonna stop since it kept going at the dog when it just sort of sat there.
