This is the May schedule for the Japanese TV version of Naruto Shippuden.

Episode #210: Forbidden Ocular Jutsu - May 5, 2011

Episode #211: Danzo Shimura - May 12, 2011

Episode #212: Sakura's Resolve - May 19, 2011

Episode #213: Lost Bonds - May 26, 2011

Any thoughts?

It seems we face the end of the climax. By the looks of it the Sasuke VS Danzo fight ends and Sakuar does something big again(for a long time)

Yeah, I knew about this. The pacing is pretty quick. Seems like they'll add some filler with the Danzo fight, as it'll last 3 episodes + the part we already saw in episode 208.

I like it when they extend canon fights. It makes the fight more interesting.

Heh it depends.

When adding filler to an fight. I don't like it when they

1. Make the character stronger than they actually are by giving them an new move not shown in the manga.

2. Add too much and make the fight long as hell like they did with the Sakura VS Sasori fight.

3. Unneccessary flashbacks(Hinata VS Pain)

4. They alter stuff to even fit fillers in there.

I think they should only had fillers to make fights a bit more interesting not longer.

But personally making the fights interesting is the mangaka's job. The animators just makes a little better.

By the looks of it this arc might end by either late May or early June and we might get like a few 2-4 episodes of filler then move on to the next arc.

The opening suggest that we get to the next arc sooner than we thought.

The arc after that arc deserves to start off with an brand new opening in the first episode they did after the Sai arc.

If anything I calculated the opening will cover about 27 episodes by October(which is when the openings changes).

The rest of this arc might cover up to 8-10 episodes of the current opening. Since the next arc is like 25 chapters long it might be like 10-13 episodes long so they may.

A. Add some fillers after this arc is over to cover up some space

B. Put fillers in the next arc to make it longer.

C. Drag out the next arc in a either a smart or dumb way(like they did the Sai arc).

Can't wait. And there probably won't be a filler soon based on the opening. Which will be awesome.

There probably won't be an filler for the rest of the series. I heard an rumor that they're might not be any more filler arcs for the rest of the series.

Please tell me its true. I don't get it they air one season with plot then filler again and again. examples- seasons 3-9.

Filler is never out of the question even if the series has ended(EX: Dragon Ball GT) Although there might not be filler for a while, I would rather have filler before the next arc because then they would have to constantly cut in and out of the following arc like they do with Bleach, and I don't know one person who prefers that kind of filler over in between arcs filler.

I mean the next arcs after this one doesn't have much focus what I mean is in the upcoming arcs a lot of stuff but the author didn't give that much focus on everything or he only focused on one thing through most of the arcs and skipped a lot of pointless things for the sake of advancing the story.

I mean in the next arc the author only focused on what Naruto was doing and the bad guys and forget what everyone else is doing since yes guessing by the opening Naruto goes to an island and in the arc after that arc all of the other characters seemed to have done something while the story focused on Naruto and Madara. Because when the next arc started Naruto leaves off and is friends are all fine and not doing much and after that arc ended they seemed to have done a lot of preparation for the next arc and alot has happened since Naruto left.

Is that too much spoilers?

In the arc after the next arc there is a lot of fighting and I MEAN A LOT OF FIGHTING.

However, in the manga Kishi don't put a lot of focus on every fight. I mean there could be like 10 fights going down in one area but he'll focus on one fight but he was actually able to show what the other guys are doing in the background without taking much focus out of the fight that he is focusing on and in that arc he focuses on one fight at a time and not like in Bleach(not to sound offensive to Bleach fans) where in some of his fights Kubo tends to alternate between some of the fights like he show one fight then show another before concluding and so forth. Kishimoto and other mangaka does that sometimes its not just Bleach but in this arc in Naruto Im talking about Kishi focuses on each fight til they are done and then to another fight. However, there is one fight he did skip because he wanted to get to good part already and.....

But knowing the animators they'll probably put more focus on everything that is going on in that arc and even put a lot of fillers in the arc because Kishi let a lot of openings for fillers in that arc.
