What's the deal with not getting rep in certain areas? That sucks for people who only do certain things on here.

Role Plays.

I haven't personally seen what happens yet, but I believe that even people with high rep aren't giving any. (High rep being around 30) This is at the same time where Off Topic people are still receiving some rep.

Don't actually know what's happened with the rep, but this is just what I've heard.

I think rp/fv should recieve rep. If someone comes up with a good idea to help a verse or has an epic match up they should be able to receive rep for it. If anything off topic should be cut off from rep since it doesn't really contribute anything but chat. People shouldn't receive rep for chatting to one another.

That idea would require active moderation of rep.

No just let rep be used in RP's and then after a month or so check it and see what if rep is being abused and if it is remove it. If it isn't then leave it.

That still would require someone to manually go through individual reps, but I do agree that rep should be given in rps. Just not that much..

I'm rather confused. People like Kazumi and Shikamaru Nara have far greater rep than me. And also have a badge. But yet, my bar is higher than theirs?

If Town Bookstore doesn't get rep, it should. It's basically the only Naruto related place that isn't filled with spam like thread ~~like Character talk~~. TB is constructive to Naruto and the point to this site. The theories there (they make up a good chunk of TB) are a great rep receiver there and viewer puller. Any who.

When your bar reaches a certain point, the bar will disappear and a bage will take it's place. All yours means is that you are close to another badge.
