My guess for Kabuto's THAT Jutsu that he mentioned after last talking to Madara and Kabuto seems pretty confident about is actually...

Pre-Healing Jutsu

This is the jutsu that allowed Kabuto to survive a direct hit from the Rasengan.

However I think Kabuto has amped up the power of this jutsu to a new stage in power. It has now become a new jutsu that shall be called

Instant Regeneration Jutsu.

Specifically the jutsu allows Kabuto to repair himself no matter the damage. Sorta like how the Reanimation Summons instantly repair
themselves after being attacked. Kabuto can now do the same.

I like this theory sticky. It would be pretty epic in the way of proving to everyone once and for all that Kabuto is simply freaking genius and still a massive force to be reckoned with if you take away his Zombies.

On the other hand, part of me hopes you're wrong. The whole immortal thing is getting a little played out.

As much as i would love to see Kabuto take the healing to a higher level, which is possible, it just would be an anticlimax for me. Simply because if he has some ace (2 of them at least) that he's counting on against the Rinnegan, do u really think instant healing is more to count on against the rennigan than even Edo Tense? I mean, Medical Ninjutsu against Rinnegan & Sharingan? I think it's something definitely wilder than Edo Tensei.

how's he gonna heal when the rinnegan has his soul being dug outta him.

Kabuto is a soulless monster?

Ok he has instant regeneration and his soul is sealed inside himself.
It cannot be removed. Unless the seal itself is broken.

Well all the Tsunade supports said medical ninjutsu was so impressive against Pain.

It does make sense. At this point, we haven't heard much about the jutsu, so almost anything is plausable, but if it's one Kabuto's already demonstrated, that would be the most likely choice. Since absorbing Orochimaru's power, his own chakra and power level has increased a considerably large amount. To have instant regeneration with Kabuto's level of chakra is not difficult to believe, and to regard its usefulness against an opponent such as Madara is something Kabuto would not fail to do.

I personally don't think the jutsu would be like that, but that doesn't have anything to do with whether this theory can come true, to which I say it's perfectly possible.
