DXD does not edit NS.....?

I was thinking about something the other day. I just recently a month ago got into DBZ, and I was reading about the shows past when it used to air on CN, and the first 67 episodes were edited even worse than NS is on DXD. Dead characters groaning, blood removed, etc. When funimation broke off and hired their own voice actors, I read that the network regulations changed which is why the edits were decreased drastically....so my point is, it wasn't CN's fault that the show was edited, it was the regulations for the age group that the network was for...which means that with NS on DXD, the reason it's edited isn't really DXD's fault, it's that the age group of the network has regulations that FORCED DXD to edit out things like blood.....


(or am I missing something and when everyone blames DXD for the edits they are actually meaning to blame the regulations...? Maybe I'm looking at the complaints too literally)


Notes: I am not saying DXD does not edit NS, I am just bringing up the thought so that it can be clarified since even I don't really understand how it works

DXD does not do the work themselves, but they decide on what scenes they want to be edited and tell Viz to edit them or the episodes wont be shown.

I know it rediculis after wathcing it a couple of times I stopped but what are thye going to do about the hidan and kakkuza arc with the triangle circle and the head chopping of.

They are already on that arc currently. So far, Hidan doesn't have the pike through him while "praying". Asuma vs Hidan will start in two weeks, and it will end in 4. For the prayers that he has preformed, the Jashin symbol was left alone, with it's red color of blood.
