Kugo Ginjo VS Shukuro Tsukishima

They have a lot in common. They're both leaders of Xcution, Fullbringers, and both have sword-type Fullbrings. Ginjo has exactly one speed feat while Tsukishima has two, so I'd say this is a pretty close match-up. So before they get any new feats, (as in while we have no clue what their true abilities are,) who would win now?

Sofar Ginjo's Fullbring is just a Sword nothing more while we know Tsukishima's Fullbring has some sort of Haxx Power that we're not aware of yet.

Can't really judge on this one yet IMO.

The point of this match is to determine who's more powerful while their abilities are unknown. In the last chapter it was just about established that Fullbrings must have a special ability when Ichigo asked what Jackie's was despite not having been given any real indication. For all we know Kugo's Fullbring is twice as hax as Tsukishima's, in fact he could even have given Tsukishima his scar.

So, assuming they can't do anything more than make swords out of bookmarks and necklaces, who wins?
