Location - Unknown Wasteland
Weather - Storm (Tornado's appearing in the Background)
Time - Midnight

Advantages For Naruto - Can transform into all forms of kyuubi (1-9)

Advantages For Evil Ryu - Can preform "Wrath Of The Raging Demon", a move where the user glides forward to the victim, once grabbed. The screen blacks out and the user drags the opponent to hell so the demons could massacre them. A one hit kill move against a very evil character (The Nine Tails Fox is a prime example.)

evil ryu is practically featless, you shouldve used akuma, but then that would be a rape
