For example:

I voted in a poll 2 years ago.
I changed my mind.

why does a poll from the past matter

I know this is an idea for future poll usage but to bring that up lol

anyways once they are submitted and the polls expire it really doesnt matter anymore
why change the poll vote you submitted previously

Or instances where people accidently vote for the wrong option and know immediately that that wasn't what they wanted but can't change it. It's rare, but it happens.

If you're really so moved as to want to change your vote, you could probably just make a thread professing your love for Hidan instead. And if you make a mistake voting in a poll you probably don't deserve to fix it.

OMG TWO GREEN NAMES

You can't change the past when it comes to numbers. Everything is measured on a dynamical scale. It's ludicrious to try to understand or even tamper with warping the reality that is the Chaos Theory.
