If that's true then Charizard can spam Blast Burn. Just because it's city buster does not mean it can also beat Blast Burn+Blaze.

1.No it can't.Dragonite has actually SHOWN to be able to spam Hyper Beam.
2.Except for the part where it does.
3.Dragonite travels the world in about 16 hours.

Charizard can learn Brick Break.

Thunder Wave can easily miss.

Blaze makes up for this.

Too bad fighting type attacks do very little to Dragonite.
I'm pretty sure Dragonite can use Rain Dance and Thunder.
Not if it gets downed in one hit.

As well that Thunder Wave always paralyzes when hit.
Dragonbreath chance = 30%.

Still doesn't change the fact Blast Burn + Blaze will be halfed.

And Sunny Day can't be used on the same Turn or simultaniously with Blast Burn.

And as said Rain Dance cancels outs Sunny Day and lowers Fire moves against Dragonite even more.

Charizard cannot win this unless downright fluking.

Dragonite uses Rain Dance.
Charizard uses Sunny Day.
Dragonite uses a Water Type move. (Which enables Charizard to use Blaze)
Charizard uses Blast Burn.
Charizard wins.
