One Piece Manga Chapter 619 - "Of Sea Forest"

Summary: Hodi Jones gets slashed by Zoro and loses his conscious. The New Fishman Pirates are astonished by Zoro's incredible velocity underwater. Each one of them decides to take an 'Energy Steroid' before confronting Zoro but, he already had ascended to surface. Neptune informs the three pirates (Zoro, Usopp and Brook) they'd need to get all the soldiers outside the castle and tells Zoro to grab onto him, while he was still recovering his breath. He then makes an escape route by launching a tremendous air current (Merman Combat: Ultramarine) against the Jones' remaining crew. The attack washs away the New Fishman Pirates, giving an opportunity for the soldiers to escape. They all escape and headed immediately towards 'Fishman Island'. One Jones crewmates, gives him an ES in hopes of his captain regain consciousness and to do something about the situation. After unleashing his attack upon the NFP, King Neptune collapses on the ground, complaining he's too old to do that sort of things. He calls his partner for assistance and when they finally managed to escape Hodi regains his consciousness and grabs his fin. Neptune orders his soldiers not to turn back and they would need to get Fukaboshi and his men. He then apolagizes to Zoro, who was out of breath, to Brook, who was incapacitated due to his Devil Fruit powers, and to Usopp, for the three getting caught by the NFP. Meanwhile, Luffy's group finally arrives at Sea Forest, caughting up with Franky, who was intrigued by the Mermaid who was with him. He then introduces Franky and Shirahoshi to eachother and Franky informs Luffy that Robin has been there and went to a Coral Forest looking for something. Jinbe approaches to Luffy telling him, he hardly recognized him and recalling old memories. Luffy gets excited for seeing him in such a long time. Princess Shirahoshi calls him and Jinbe looks at her with frightened look in his eyes, asking why was she there. Chooper tells Franky he was going to lower down Hachi to treat him; Franky grabs him asking why he was injured. Sanji, who already had woke up, approaches the Princess while devoting her a poem. Chopper then informs that Sanji was all better, back to his old self. Den sees the Princess and asks why was she there. Luffy asks who was he and why was in on Sunny, and Franky introduces him by saying his name was Den, Tom's younger brother and that he was going to coat their ship. Luffy misunderstands him and thinks that he's Franky younger brother. Luffy then senses Van Der Decken's attack coming and he manages to defend Shirahoshi by kicking the axe. Luffy comments on his persistance and tells Shirahoshi not to worry because he was there to protect her. Shirahoshi is then see near her mother's grave paying her respects. Later on, Nami and Keimi finally caught up with the group and inform them about the current situation. Jinbe apolagizes to them for involving them in that situation and thanks them for being able to stop the Arlong Pirates in East Blue. He then confess that he was the one who set Arlong free in East Blue. The end.

What about Jinbei revealing that he let Arlong into East Blue.....but your probably right that really isn't much surprising. Its surprising but not shocking since Arlong used to work for Jinbei.
