Which Naruto character had a bigger development throughout the series (Naruto/Naruto Shippuden)?

Naruto Uzumaki, Gaara and Sasuke Uchiha are the ones who I personally think, had a bigger character development, especially Naruto and Sasuke.

Spoiler:

Naruto Uzumaki: He started as an immature ninja, constantly doing pranks around the village, so that other people would noticed his existence. He shared this hatres towards his village for seeing him as a monster. Throughout his journey, he became stronger, more mature and more reliable. During his quest of becoming Hokage, he also has to make diffucult decisions, which will turn him in a great ninja and will open a new door, never before seen to the Ninja's World, a door that'll lead to peace.

Sasuke Uchiha: At the beginning, he kept himself isolated from everyone, unwanting the co-operation of anyone. However, after he was assigned as a member of Team 7, he opened himself more and allowed his team members entered his life. But, with Itachi's appearence and seeing Naruto getting stronger than him, he took the path of darkness in hopes of getting stronger. After he learnt the true about his brother, hatred took the best of him and his actions were proof of it,

Spoiler:

stabing a comrade just to kill a man who blackmailed his brother.

Gaara: He was introduced as a blood seeking maniac, who'd even had the guts to kill his own siblings. He was considered as a monster and a tool for his village. However, he's now a kind-heart person, who's willing to protect other who ever threats his village and friends even if he as to risk his own life to do it. The responsible for this transformation and also Gaara's role model is no other than Naruto Uzumaki.
