Neither

Both have their goods and their bads.

The leaf is the almost perfect village.It has nice weather, the top ninja, a good rep. But it has too many enemies like Orochimaru and the Akatsuki.

The Sand is somewhat peaceful now and don`t have too many enemies. But the village is in a desert if you were to visit you`ll have to adjust to constant sandstorms and the heat. But all you have to do iss adapt to it though.

Sand since its better to live in a less populated area. The leaf is too crowded not to mention so many tourists. Sand is a more quiet and calm village.

I want to live at the hidden leaf compare to sand. I think the temperature in there is so hot in sand, unlike in the hidden leaf lots of trees.
