It's not a trailer, it's a OVA. OVA's are short spin-off's of a series. Here's also something I found regarding this whole thing:

^ That bonus DVD was the thing we saw. This is not the first spin-off Studio Pierrot does though. You also have "Konoha Gakuen Den" and "Naruto Cross Roads".

Guys GUYS,there just showing you an example of their powers they have right now.Most of you have read the manga already right.In the manga they show naruto with new powers the foxes powers which they don't show in the trailer.The other thing they don't show is sasuke's eyes after he get's them from Itachi do to the lost of vesion and they don't show narutos powers either so as you can see there just showing you what they have at the moment in the animated show which is:naruto sage mode and sasuke's new sharingan.
