I was sitting in the shower, thinking of funny moments in the naruto manga, and i came across the sexy no jutsu with konohamaru doing the "yaoi" to sakura and realized this, how does Konohamaru know what older Sasuke looks like???

Konohamaru is Sasuke. That's how he knows. (I was wondering about this for a long time too)

It`s simple. Konohamaru`s surname is Sarutobi. Hiruzen`s father was Sasuke Sarutobi. That`s the reason why Sasuke Uchiha`s parents named him Sasuke, so he could once be as great as third Hokage`s father (or Konohamaru`s great grandfather).

Anyway, to answer the question, the same way he knew how Sai looks like!!!
