I'm with the naysayers too.

If Sasuke's Black Chidori back then was intentional, why hasn't he done it since then? I mean, we've seen that Black Lightning is obviously more powerful.

If it wasn't intentional, then it probably wasn't Black Lightning. I doubt anyone really just stumbles onto something like that.

It seems to me that the Black Chidori was the result of Sasuke having used up his number of Chidoris for the day and he was relying solely on the Curse Seal to push the Chidori out, which caused the Black Chidori.
