Sasuke is some what irratating at times, also has become quite a handful at various stages, throughout his journey and what not, essentially it makes sense, really, to be arrested if he were to return to the Leaf, I do agree that some form a punish would most definately be needed, though, in all, Sasuke really hasn't quite had an option of a second chance, to differ things, as from the time he left, so whether he deserves to return or not, I at least believe that he should, in the most get that chance, if he doesn't cope well, then something other would have to be done.

Yes he is important to the story after all he is the main antagonist as such or definately one of the main antagonists, also the main goal for Naruto to reach or get to before the end.

Sasuke may be irriating at times, but i dont seem him as a baby. But for the arrest part well if things turns out as his brother planed in the end the he will be more than likley greated as a hero than a criminal.

He has also unfortnatley fallen victim for Madara,who pulls his strings fairly well. All and all considering the path he started out on, that he is the way he is now. And of course he is still Narutos best friend.

Personally, I love Sasuke but I wouldn't want him to go back to konoha because mainly it would just screw up the entire plot. He's currently an international criminal, even if Sasuke wanted to go back and Konoha accepted this, the other nations (mainly Kumo) wouldn't be very happy about this and it would turn into conflicts. And I don't see Sasuke as a immature, a little misguided perhaps, but not immature he has his reasons for doing things.

guys relax. he is not the one to blame even though i hated him coz he fought Itachi (( but not killed Itachi )) yeah i hate him as well but not that much coz i know he is important to the storyline!!!!

, but he should deserve a second chance. I mean when ur a kid, you only think about the moment, not the future. The most that should happen is have him arrested. After all, he makes the storyline interesting and unpredictable.
