Kusanagi Blade is part of Susanoo. When Itachi Susanoo came up that Blade was already equip with it so moving his arm to swing it, is no huge feat.

I have to say, If itahi used susanoo to stop the attack. He would not of had burns on his body etc. Susanoo was not fully activated till after he stood up. So he still partially dodged karin

still dodged, one of the strongest attacks shown so far. Still pat of stanima. Now could you tell me that Kakashi could use a Kamui and partially dodge that attack. I think not

Kakashi isn't bless with Susanoo so that answer is a no for Kakashi and mostly everybody in Naruto.

So your telling me Itachi has great stamina even though at one point in that fight he was sitting duck? Man let that would of been A, Itachi would of gotten a Lariat straight through his chest

But yet A speed blitzes Sasuke. Itachi deserves more stamina than Kakashi. Even with out Susanoo. If he would of had it activated he would not of obtained any burns like he did. His clothing would of stayed on and not fall off into ashes.

do you honestly believe that kakashi has more stanima than itachi?? I do believe itachi used a tsyuki and not one but 2 ammys in that fight with sasuke and still was able to manage to partially dodge karin

Movement Speed: 10/10 (Called the Yellow Flash which implies his fast movement speed, saved baby Naruto who was about to be attacked by Madara, Naruto's shunshin against Kisame was said to be inferior to Minato's)
Attacking Speed: 10/10 (See above)
Reaction Speed: 10/10 (Reflexes compared to A's, reacted to Madara's warp and avoided an explosion right after saving Naruto)
Durability: 6/10
Stamina: 8/10 (Was able to do FTG multiple times, Rasengan, Death Reaper Seal, Gamabunta summoning, and warping huge quantities before feeling fatigued)
Strength: 6/10 (Just average.)
Intelligence: 10/10 (Can figure out moves in seconds, with only seeing them once.)

I think Ninjutsu and Genjutsu should be added too.
