is naruto's new kyuubi mode really stronger then his old one because with his old kyuubi mode he had super speed super strength healing and no drawback from using the kyuubi's chakra except from not being able to control it but could still use the bijuu bomb in this new kyuubi mode all he can do is sense negative emotion and has better control of the chakra but can't use the kyuubi's chakra without the kyuubi taking his chakra and can't use the bijuu bomb.

no draw backs?? the old 4 tails form ripped his skin of id call that a very big draw back..he still has its healing ability cus the kyuubi is still inside him he probably has greater speed considering bee thought he teleported and hes working onn the bijuu bomb, sense negative emotions and use it when ever he wants with out danger to himself or his friends....there could be even more new abilities we have yet to see

The new mode is faster, definately. Strength is probably about the same as four tails mode. Though he's probably lost the chakra cloaks defensive strength.

But it's likely he will eventually be able to turn into the nine tails, then he will have the full power of the nine tails at his disposal, it's actual form, his old transformations (Minus the uncontrolable rage) as well as his new mode.

Once Naruto masters his new kyuubi form, I think it'll be stronger than his old ones. I also think his new form looks cool.

Naruto's definably faster than he was with his old cloak, although his new cloak probably a lot weaker

The drawback was that he couldn't control it.

New Nine Tails Mode WILL be epic.

Kishimoto just wants us to think it's lame to catch us off guard.

In terms of overall power....They should each have exactly the same potential since both are simply the harnessing of the kyuubi's power. Control or not, the Kyuubi's overall power is the same.

In terms of advantage.......New mode is definately greater for obvious reasons. Naruto maintains his own consciousness instead of being a mindless beast. In turn, he can now work in unison with his teammates and not turn on those who are there to support him. Also, He can use the power in a more strategic method instead of just brainless, blitzing, brute strength.

here's an advantage for the old one that don't think anyone has thought about:
on several occasions, the old cloak's chakra had "a mind of its own" (meaning the kyuubi was controlling it). thats why it moved so fast without time to react. i don't think Naruto could react and use it as fast as when the kyuubi could. even if he does gain a new power from it, he won't be able to use it to its full potential.

I wonder if Naruto's Body Flicker Technique is only usable when he is in his new Kyuubi Mode. I believe that's the only time we've seen him use it, thus far. Though, I suppose he's bound to surpass Minato's Flying Thunder God Technique at some point. Which also means Sasuke's EMS is bound to have a Teleportation Technique of it's own, or Time-Space Jutsu.

Of course both Kyuubi Modes have their own strengths and weaknesses that the other doesn't share. I agree that the cloak won't have the same speed with Naruto in control but there are also things that are only available to the controlled version. I think in the end the controlled version still gives Naruto much more of an advantage than the non-control version for the reasons I stated in my first post on this thread.

Chapter 505, Page 12 would suggest otherwise. Killer Bee says "Was that Shunshin No Jutsu...?" Yamato replies, "He's not as good as Yondaime yet". This would suggest that yes, it was The Body Flicker Technique.

Shushin is a basic D-ranked jutsu which is learned in the academy. so basically he already know how to use shunshin so he does have the potential of making a great shunshin no jutsu in kjuubi mode

Yeah, but in between those two quotes Naruto moves from Point A to Point B in a "Golden Flash", but got his leg stuck, which prompted Yamato to say "He's not as good as Yondaime yet". It's pretty obvious, It was Shunshin.

So what. There were things said that could imply either way.
In the version I read KB said, "Teleport technique and a right hand smash". This ,of course, would imply teleportation.(And as I said before......body flicker is not even a teleportation technique.)

Kisame says, "What incredible speed". This would imply body flicker or simply great speed over teleportation.

Then Yamato says, "He's not quite on the fourth's level yet". This could refer to either one since Minato was expert level at both. (He used Shunshin No Jutsu and Hiraishin No Jutsu). So either way by this comment.

It could be Body Flicker, great physical speed, or teleportation.

I think you are misinterpreting what happened. Naruto simply moved too quickly to bee seen. However, the fact that he injured himself in the process and let the enemy escape showed how new these super human abilities are for him and even though he isn't using the fourth's technique, his speed is still comparable. That is why Yamato said "He is not quite at the fourth's level yet" because the fourth could have performed the attack flawlesly regardless of how.
