their should be a chunin and jonin exam thread for the villages.
the villages should have chunin exams as a way to officially make genin into chunin and chunin into jonin

There will be AFTER we get the wars started. As you prolly noticed, the rules are down as we are finalizing them right now.

There's no such thing as Jonin exams.You have to become one in a meeting.
