The point is, the quasi-admin is apparently exempt from rules and I am held to a standard which has no rule in place.

Which rule is it? I've read them carefully, and the only rule is against Viz owned characters or "storylines". I have depicted neither - no rule was violated.

If it has any Naruto symbol, it's illegal on the site. Storylines and characters link to symbols. Sharingan = Sasuke/Uchiha. The fact of the matter is that you're wrong and you won't admit it.

I just see how is it a problem with the badges that TigerC10 mentioned. The rules are confusing and the badges that he was talking about and the rules need to be changed so people can understand and not get in trouble for a certain misunderstanding.

3 things:

1. No ones gotten in trouble. And as far as I know, no one will unless things escalate.

2. The rules have been recently rewritten to try and be more clear as well as more condensed compared to what they originally were. The rule in question tries, and fails, to specifically say what cannot be allowed and falls short which seems to have caused this misunderstanding of the rules. The rewritten version of the rules will have to be tweaked again to avoid further confusion.

3. Seeing as the rule are now unclear to some, I'll clear it up for all of you. Although the ways it's written has changed, I assure you the premise of the rules and the legal stance that Viz takes when it concerns anything that Viz owns has not, will not, and can not change. Meaning ANY pics and vids that contain content that Viz owns the rights too, are not allowed on this site(there are some legal exceptions).

For example, Viz owns Naruto. Meaning nothing directly associated with and specific to the Naruto anime can be posted on this site that isn't directly posted by Viz itself. This includes, but is not limited to: Characters, names, abilities, storylines, countries, cities, symbols, etc. that are all specific to Naruto. They may not be recreated in any form of fan-art and posted here under any circumstance without express permission from Viz(fan-art contests run by Viz are an obvious exception).

Any further questions and comments on the matter can be taken to SRhyse or Sage Mode. Any further debate/comments/questions made in this thread about this off topic subject will simply be marked as spam and deleted.

Things like kunai and shuriken exist outside of Naruto, and therefore can't be claimed by copyright.

By that logic, Temari's fan exists outside of Naruto because it's a large fan with polka-dots.

Kunai and shuriken are actual weapons that were adapted into the series. The Uchiha clan's symbol was specifically designed, and therefore can fall under copyright laws.

Hot badges. Although there are a few aspects I find a bit gaudy like the awesome face. Other than that you deserve a null...xD

The only thing I could think of would be to put a symbol of some kind in it's place, but we've already had enough buzz over those in here. I like that one very much.
