Well, Sharingan can through powerscaling, track most of Narutoverse save the top speedsters, the problem is, even if he can track it, Sasuke doesn't have the reaction speed to actually react to what he's seeing.

Can't believe I didn't notice this earlier, but why does time of day matter in the HTC?

If time of day applies then shouldn't the location just be in, say, a regular plain? I always thought it was a bit weird to use the HTC as the default location.

And 50 m seems like a bit of a large distance, maybe like 30 or something but not 50.

Probably a really random time to bring up these thoughts but meh.

Particulary the distance, Temari at 50 metres can beat a hell of a lot of people, asides some Top Tier. Quick Beheading Dance kinda rapes. 30 metres makes it more fair for people like Lee, Sakura, Asuma etc. who might actually be able to get close range.

People can make multiple scenarios for the fights. The standard distance is for people who are too lazy to type out a scenario xD

Multiple scenarios means several different versions of a fight. Temari vs Sakura at 5 feet, shunshin, punch = GG Temari. While someone else says Temari vs Sakura at 70 metres. Quick Beheading Dance, GG.

Having loads of people debate using their own rules makes debating with someone elses view a pain. We need one distance in which everyone goes by, makes life sooo much easier.

@Pat: I still say 30 metres, I think 40 is too much.

Really? 40 meters isn't even that far, it may be a bit longer than 30 but still. I feel like 30 might be a little short, 35 even sounds a bit better.

It is when you're a close range fighter, and you don't get to show any of your what could be exellent close range abilities because you get wtfpwned by long range attacks which you can't bypass. 40 metres is acceptable I guess, but 30 metres is more fair to each side [close and long ranged] imo.

Yeah, but most people aren't just at one range. I'll use Naruto as an example. He has Ransengan. Just forget the varients for a minute. Plain Rasengan.

Then you know he's a close ranged fighter. Then you notice he has clones. Probably good for mid ranged fighting.

Then you look at the Rasengan varients, like Fuuton: RasenShuriken and you realize, oh look, he has all three.

Just gotta think outside the box because most characters are like that with the exception of maybe Sakura and Hinata, basically the people who still lack feats in general.

I see what you mean, but Narutos a special case. He's the main character, and OP as hell, and Top Tier. Of course he's going to need various moves of different ranges.

Not just Sakura and Hinata. But Asuma, Lee, Neji, Hidan, Human Path and even people like A or Tsunade, are very limited in ranged moves. Theres more than that too, those are just ones that come to mind
