It adds an entirely new level of things to moderate. It's not worth the time and effort that would be required.

It would be fun, but NF is REALLY light with language and flaming. So that's why they have that.

@RS: No usernotes are entirely different

Though we could restrict it for only mods and higher could use it. Though it wouldn't be worth it and we have usernotes.
