Who's the ultimate naruto character that has ever been created?
Based off of skills, personality, their funniness...whatever you get the point!

I think it's Pain. When that guy starts talking about how much he's suffered i just start ballin'.

There's too many characters. :\

I like a lot of characters, but my top three are Pain (Nagato), Naruto, and Jiraiya.
