Vote on the Badges(Please Read First Post)

As most of you may have noticed, recently we've implemented a badge system for users to easily identify people with moderation powers.

But we're not completely settled on their design.

Err's Original Badges:

So we'd like your input on which version of these badges we should use. Cast your votes!

If someone wants to try and have their badge set added to the vote, they can send their badge set to either Err or myself. If enough people submit new badge designs and/or enough people agree that we should restart the poll and add in others material, then we will. For those who're willing to spend their time crafting their own badge design, there are a couple conditions for your submissions:

A. There must be a badge for all groups Anbu Leader up to Quasi Admin. If you're not sure which groups I'm talking about, check the first post. An Admin badge would be optional, but preferred.

B. No badge must be taller than 30 pixels high. Any taller and we won't accept it.

C. No badge should end up stretching a users profile space when displayed in a thread. If you keep things below 170 pixels wide, you should have no problem, although the shorter the better.

D. We'd prefer that the badges that are submitted be ones that would look good against this grayscale forum. Seeing as these badges will likely be worn by site officials they will have to be scrutinized by either Err or myself. Anything that looks too bright or messy probably won't be accepted.

Is definitely true. That said, I like the go all out on design and nerf things if we have too approach. >_>

It's because of the inverse coloring between the white and black letters and the black and white background.

It looks like something cut through it, which is the point of the design.

TO Ashen: the colors are awesome, yet slighty bright, which makes them eye catching though. And if that is what you after...to get ppl to go OMG there is so and so...then you achieved your goal. But still they are flashy and nice.

To Err: your are also nice...simple and to the point. Which makes them some what catchy because they don't make that person stand out to much. YET at the same time they are kinda to plain Jane....for other ppl anyways. But I like them.
So I can not decide. Since I wouldn't be sporting one of those I don't feel like I should vote. Go with how you guys want it. ^^

I like Ashen's more, so long as they have Err's robots in them. They are badass.
