Magneto takes the Gauntlet.
So, the theory is, that Magneto can basically kill any corporeal being that requires an intake of iron to live.
He does this by removing the iron from their blood. Also, he has a very durable shield, able to tank hits from Thor, and he can fly. So, apart from reality warpers, and intangibles, who can't he beat?
