Nagato VS Madara

Battle Conditions :

Location - Valley Of The End
Weather - Heavy Rain, Strong Thunder and Lightning
Time - Night

Advantages For Nagato - Healthy (Isn't in the Wheelchair and isn't boney), Can use ALL Six path moves (except Asura Abilities), can use Demonic Outer Path Summoning, can use one of any Nature Element justu's (except Kekkie Genkai ones), and can summon the six paths of pain.

Advantages For Madara - Can use Six path moves (except Asura and Chibaku Tensei), Can use Space Time Justu, and can use Izanagi.

Hmm, this is a tough one.

While Madara has the Izanagi, and can use it against Nagato, it's very unlikely that Madara will risk losing his eyes just so his injuries can appear as illusions. The Izanagi is the most powerful Genjutsu in existence. It enables the user to create their own state of existence. In other words, it makes injuries appear as mere illusions. For example, if Nagato impaled Madara with a black rod, Madara will fade away as a Genjutsu. Then he will come back, perfectly unharmed. This Jutsu can only be used by desendants of the Sage of the Six Paths. Also, it's an extremely dangerous Jutsu, because once used, the user can never use the Sharingan again.

We all know Madara isn't going to risk his eyes just to defeat Nagato. Infact, he might just use it as his last resort if he gets caught in a sticky situation.

Nagato has the advantages because unlike Madara, Nagato can use the Chibaku Tensei, which takes little prep time. If Madara wants to win this, he must first kill Nagato. Killing Nagato will get rid of all the Paths. If Madara times his Space/Time Technique correctly, then he has a good chance of winning.

Nagato summons the six paths. A numbers advantage would be Maddy's downfall since the moment he moves to attack one path, another one shanks him.

And I'm sure Izanagi won't help him when his soul's been sealed.

Kuro, we don't know how long it takes for Nagato to summon the Six Paths. It can range from a second to a minute. We can't be so sure, because it was never shown in the Manga.

Animal path summoned them in record time. Why can't Nagato?

Because we have no proof from the Manga that Nagato can summon the Paths that fast. Also, his summoning technique (for the Six Paths) is an extremely advanced technique. The speed of the technique depends on what rank each technique is. Some of the easiest summoning techniques takes seconds for a user to summon a being or an animal. A more advanced summoning technique takes long prep time.

It's not like he's doing Edo Tensei.

Op states that he can use all six path moves except for Asura, and he should be able to initially since he's the one channeling his power to them.

No, but it still takes prep time to form due to the rank of the Jutsu itself.

Of course. But the Six Paths of Pain is his strongest Jutsu. It takes a lot of concentration for him to Summon the 5 Paths and cannel his power to them. Hell, it might be the reason why he's in a wheelchair.

No, it's because of the Gedo Mazo but I'm sure that has some effect on him too.

Correct.

But it could also be the other reason I just mentioned. I mean, he is channeling his power into theirs. I'm sure it will have some strain on him.
