Division of off Topic Petition
Okay, so many have thought about dividing off topic in 2 main ways, categories (as in Entertainment, Chats, etc whatever) and my idea that I still hold with very few people, parts (where people choose where to post so that it's like a server system and threads don't go under the radar as much, unless they're totally useless and stuff). I think three parts would be best there. So, which petition would you sign? Either one goes to the overall petition of course, I hope this is possible this time, because I know how many times this kind of thing has been done, but never a real petition, so why not make one now

Anyway, I like the idea. The random thread creation should at least be catagorized, if that makes any sense. Just threw this in for the sake of it not being spam.
