I say that Kurama wins. He is a strategic genius with a mastery of demonic plants. I think that he could come up with a strategy to somehow implant Sesshomaru with the the seed of the death plant. Also, if he was losing, he could always become Yoko Kurama and use his full power.

By the end of the series, Kurama was S Class if I remember correctly. Heck, he was even able to keep up with Sensui, that's better speedwise than anything Sesshomaru ever showed. Sinning Tree would also deal with Sesshomaru pretty handily.
Through powerscaling and most likely blitz, Kurama takes this. |

I like both characters so this one's hard, but I believe that Kurama's demonic plants would be the winner that and his use of strategy. Sesshomaru although very strong for the most part, doesn't seem to be very strategy driven.

 This is a good one. You have Kurama that is so brilliant and yoko Kurama thats stronger and even more brilliant. But on the other hand you have Sesshomaru who's powers come from a ridiciously strong aura. Also he cannot die because of the Tenseiga. Wow i honestly don't know who would when. But i will just say Sesshomaru just because of the tenseiga.
