Seems like the best Naruto game to date.

I need a ps3 first tho :/

Who's the best? Kiba Itachi Minato and Hidan looked good in the matches I watched.

It is the best Naruto game, as far as authenticity, which is what I consider a NARUTO game. Everything else (fun/challenge/etc.) is up for debate.

So yea, get the game if you want to play the anime over a generic Naruto fighting game.
