Minato and Kushina were in Naruto's seal and have left, so doesn't that mean they have gone? Also Rin and Obito, I didn't see them in the one's brought back. Jiraiya however is a possibility, but could Kabuto really control him?

That would require an awful lot of prep time and living sacrifices for Kabutos edo tensei. With the war going on, he most likely won't be able to replenish any of his fallen zombie army should any fall.

I could see Jiraiya not being brought back on purpose by Kabuto to kind of toss the war at Naruto more or less. Or perhaps it is a last resort, I mean Kabuto actually respected Jiraiya when Naruto and Jiraiya went to get Tsunade (if i recall correctly) perhaps in some twisted way he won't bring him back out of respect.

It's not like Jiraiya can do anything about it if he was brought back. I don't think the 1st and 2nd wanted to fight against the 3rd, nor does Itachi want to be a pawn to someone who want his little brother...

As for Rin and Obito, why? Kabuto brought back ninjas that don't suck. Are you saying that Obito is better that the other dozen Uchiha's that died? I doubt he was as good as Shisui, Kagami, hell even Izuna, much less in the same league as the other ninjas that were brought back.
Rin's a chunin who's only showing was being used as a hostage and IIRC, Zombies don't really need medics.

As for my Opinion: Count on Jiraiya's return when Kabuto faces against Naruto.

Kabuto currently has the edo tensei army brought back with their personalities intact, except that he controls the bodies. As such, it is possible for Jiraiya, or any other, to try to break the hold he has on them.

you know, I think the more I think about it, Kabuto didn't bring Jiraiya back because perhaps he fears Jiraiya has the knowledge to break the jutsu if he did. He knows Jiraiya was a legendary sannin, on the level of Orochimaru, which means he has extensive knowledge.

Arguably, he would have the strength to overpower Kabuto.

He finished the SSJ and after witnessing the first coffin go up, completed another jutsu after the second came up (Which prevented the 3rd one from showing)

Nothing indicated that the 3rd Coffin was going to be Minato. It could have been the 4th Kazekage since the REAL 4th is dead.

And we have yet to see the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th from Kabuto. He could be saving them but I wouldn't keep your hopes up.
