Heh, so i was just wondering what characters (in storm 2) have the strongest normal and or ultimate jutsu?

By strongest, are you reffering to damage output speficially? Or general usefulness?

iirc most are same damage on basic if all hits connect...
(Barring kanks. His is if only 2 of the mines connect)

Pretty sure all UJs and ninjutsu do the same amount of damage.

If 2 mines connect it does the same...
In the case of susanoo or dragon, theres 14 hits or so per rain.

out of usefulness, id say fireball cuz its easy to hit some one with it. or sakura cuz it launches for easy air combos

Sage Naruto's Rasenshuriken is really good, but it's almost impossible to hit with online. There's like a delay between the time he creates it and the time he throws it, it's too easy to block or dodge.

Fang over fang is really good...

Also, I'm pretty sure Iron sand has some of the best chip damage in the game...correct me if I'm wrong here.

Yeah i agree, all UJ's do more or less the same amount of damage, only difference between all of them is their usefulness

Ino's Detonating Flower Mild Homing and 2 chances to hit or shino's beetle sphere it blocks projectiles and stops chakra dashing
