Pretty high. I've seen a bit and some of the feats proved that some people could be potentially city busters+

Actually Kenichi is lower than Narutoverse by some margin in my opinion excluding the modern technology, Narutoverse has the convenient access to versatile ninjutsu and genjutsu and their taijutsu as well. And plus too many named characters. These are the main problems.

Minus the Ryozanp-something and the 9 Shadow fists which are very superhuman. You got few Yami weapon divisions as well. Other than them, you have Kenichi and the Yomi or the junior division of Yami and apprentices of the 9 shadow fists and Ragnorak.

Which number less than 20 total. And they are just plain superhuman or barely at least.

Plus other than Hayato by hype and by feats their is nothing they can do to Raikage or Killerbee both in shrouded mode.

And Kisame as usual has the convenient access that he can walk on water and that he can make giant lakes.

I can go on.


Also no one in Kenichi is building buster yet.

Hayato is the only one who has done tank flipping. Apachi though punched cars. But like I said.

They are the sheer top tier and they number in total less than 20.
