there is no way Yama can win,

reasons :

1. Ulq has the steel skin.
2. Ulq. has the high-speed regeneration

so the fires wouldn't hurt him that much.
and then he cracks down by Cero Oscuras and the battle ends.

Its not like you can't pair Bleach characters against a character from a different series.
