You totally skipped Torune, and Anko hardly has anything in her arsenal that could beat Sakura except for those shooting snake things that Sakura could dodge.

Minato was able to summon Gamabunta on top of Kyubi, why not Chiyo?

Chiyo could win with 10 Puppets assuming that she can survive a Bunta attack, but then summoning them gives Minato an opening.

Chiyo's got better feats than the Kyuubi. By which I mean she has feats period.

And the opening could be exploited by someone who doesn't suck. Unfortunately, Failato lacks this distinction.

if your fighting itachi ull lose

Kyubi showed a menacing ball and through powerscaling and common sense, he should be far superior to his lower tailed forms, which showed a lot of feats. Gamabunta could serve as a distraction too, since Chiyo would be focusing on him rather than Minato.

While Chiyo is summoning them, Minato could scatter kunai around, and warp to Chiyo. Hard to say though since it's a close match.

There's really no reason to make eye contact in some cases.

Anyway Kakashi's only that high because of Kamui, which Itachi might even be able to avoid.

If Sasuke used full Susanoo, chances are it would be at a longer range because of the arrows, and Totsuka can only reach so far. By attacking Itachi's Susanoo from far away he would realize that it's indestructible.

All in all, Itachi could win with Susanoo, but Sasuke could still escape it or outlast him. I don't see a way how he could win otherwise because Sasuke showed better Ammy control and already knew how to break out of his strongest Genjutsu.

Well, I doubt Itachi would just stand their and let him get the time to gain distance, deactivate Sasano'o, summon his hawk, and fly away.

Arrows would not do anything against Yata Mirror which was able to deflect Kirin.

And Sasuke never showed the ability to break out to Tsuykiyomi, he only broke out of those normal genjutsu's that Itachi used to mindf**k him in their fight.

The only thing Sasuke beats Itachi in, basically, is stamina and Ammy control.

Yeah, that's what I was trying to say. Sasuke would see that they can't do anything to Itachi which is when he realizes that using his own Susanoo isn't the best approach.

He did, unless that monochromatic illusion wasn't Tsukuyomi.

Or my memory of that fight could just be bad.

He did break free of Tsukuyomi, but it could be argued that Itachi allowed him to do so. :/

Man you rely too much on your feats, it would be stupid if full 9 tails was weaker than 6 tails. The Kyubi actually showed a menacing ball so it's not entirely featless. In this case, though, it doesn't matter, since Gamabunta was able to stop Kyubi from forming one and he's pretty big, meaning that Chiyo won't have a really easy time dodging him.

Because Gamabunta is huge and would cause Chiyo some trouble, she'd have to focus on her puppets.

Again, by your own words, the list is based on feats. Maybe it would be stupid f the Kyuubi were weaker than KN6, but that's the way it's gotta be since this is a list based on feats.

First she's focusing all her attention on Gamabunta, now you say she's only paying attention to her puppets. You are aware that Chiyo is capable of multitasking, right?

She'll have completed the summoning long before Failato has a chance to actually present any sort of threat, giving her enough time to grab a weapon or something. Or just have one of her puppets shank him.

If she can pull the 10 puppets off then she wins, but she has to deal with Minato's boss summon first.
