what do you do with them like. were you can view ninja info cards and lock them. o.O
im lost. Is this how you get the collect all ninja card achievement? Oh ya and how do i get pictures for my own ninja card o-o |

Lol, look at the start menu in Story mode or press Square or triangle in Online (cant remember)
To unlock them do events/Missions or Gain SP and buy them at the Card Shop
