The Sixteen Chi.

Overrule - A power of infamy that can bend the mind of a lesser being's to your complete will. The user sends Chi that will overtake the mind and numb it completely. Charting back to the early courses of humanity, it is an ability that has been possessed by men and women of high status and relevance. Overrule can also be used to take control of low to mid level mobile attacks. Can be utilized at point blank by touching the targets mind or sent throughout the ground in a rippling effect. While the technique obviously cannot be used on an opponent to full effect, it however can stiffen their movements while in a close proximity.

Kanka - The user mixes his own internal Chi with the Chi of the environment to increase his or her overall stats. Also creates a resistance to poison, extreme heat, sickness, etc. The user can only activate Kanka three times per battle; each usage lasts four turns.

Bloodshed of War - Any of the user's spilled blood will erupt into fiery flames. These flames are heated enough to melt metals. The user is able to maneuver the flames; once activated, lasts four turns.

Instinct of Fear - The user glares determinely, and through his fearless pupils, unleashes an invisible Chi wave that spreads out in a rippling effect for a diameter of two hundred meters. The wave can instantly knock lesser minds unconscious while shocking the enemy to numb his muscles, therefore slowing his movement and attacking speed. If the target is within fifty meters of range, than it shall could paralyze them for one turn.

Chemical Juggling - User literally juggles small objects, such as pebbles or coins. Whilst juggling, the objects will take an element in the air and then ferociously erupt into something that resembles a glowing fireball of purple and green. If charged for three turns with a total sum of six Chemical Jugglings, than you can form an enormous sphere called Mass Juggling, which packs enough power to obliterate a city block off the map. There are many variations of Chemical Juggling; for example, you could imbue it with nitrogen to create explosive pebbles, or draw the heat in the air to make them a literal fireball, and so on.

Blade of Totsuka -- The user conjures a three and a half foot long standard katana. However, more than meets the eye with it. It's real ability is creating a physical manifestation of your true soul, similar to how Zangetsu from Bleach. Totsuka's abilities are even more heightened in power if you are bipolar, multi-personality, etc. Can only summon up to three manifestations; manifestations only last three turns. Due to its' superior power, the blade can only be used once per battle.

Experimental Ectoplasm - Using his Chi wavelength, the user creates a large marshmallow-like body that is ten times larger than the user's own body and can temporary shield him from powerful attacks. As a being of energy, the ectoplasm shell can be commanded by its' user and will naturally emit both Chi and large, spontaneous amounts of heat.

Funka no Chikaku Hejjihoggu - The user places his hands together in a circle, manifesting a small black square that will be than sent flailing into the skies. From there one, the earth in a fifty-meter radius will be attracted towards the black box, forming an enormous hedgehog-like object with large spikes that can be controlled by the user. While keeping this technique active, the user can only use one Chi technique per three turns.

Liberation - Allows for the user to steal the potential energy of an object, and expel it outwards. Whilst utilizing Liberation, your hands will be frozen in a particular stance; in result, abandoning the said stance will cause for the the transferring output of energy to be abruptly halted. The more complex the make-up, or structure, of the object, the longer the conversion process. For instance, taking the potential energy from a baseball in midair will require a much shorter timespan than say, an actual tectonic plate beneath the earth's crust.

Birdman: Get Yo Shine On - You become immensely shiny, as your shine power is doubled in two-fold and doves mysteriously appear around you. Is currently in investigation; seemingly has no beneficial usage with the exception of looking damn awesome and earning the jealousy of all those around you while in combat. However, the technique has been said to be able to blind your enemies, even if momentarily. May or may not heal minor injuries. No refunds permitted, a licensed and endorsed product of #YMCMB @2010.

Vat, I think we should restrict the use of a Human template to only us, wouldn't you agree? I'd rather it be preserved for originals, not posers.

Even so, I would say that it is a good thing to preserve it towards our successors, whom we shall personally train.
