Naruto and Halloween a la Charlie Brown

It's October already. Halloween is one holiday kids dress up in costumes to get candy. It happens at the end of the month. Naruto regulars would try to use the month on how they'll spend it. We can imagine what Naruto characters would do in October like in It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, a 1966 special with the Peanuts gang.

Yes, Japan does celebrate Halloween. It's almost the same as it is in America.
